Leapers – the online mental health support community for freelancers – is running a survey to investigate the relationship between self-employment and mental health, and need your insights.

Leapers mental health survey 2020

Leapers is running its annual survey about the impact of self-employment and mental health. The aim of the survey is to better understand the challenges posed by self-employment, freelancing and running your own business to build better awareness and support for independent workers.

To take part in the survey and help Leapers understand your individual experiences, visit: http://go.leapers.co/survey-3lPYPT0

Last year over 500 respondents from the freelance community took part in the survey and helped Leapers support over 35,000 independent workers during the COVID-19 lockdown. This year they’re hoping to beat that number and ask as many people as possible a very simple question: How are you?

This year’s survey is larger and will undoubtedly show the impact of major changes in the self-employment landscape in the last 12 months, such as Brexit, IR35 and naturally COVID-19.

Earlier this year we interviewed the founder of Leapers, Matthew Knight, to get an insight into his organisation and how it helps freelancers: Freelancing and mental health – an interview with Leapers founder Matthew Knight
